Data Deletion Instructions

At BhaiZap, we value your privacy and comply with Meta's requirements for user data management. If you have connected your Meta Business or WhatsApp account to our platform, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Direct request: Email us at kiranhm@bhaizap.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your BhaiZap account.
- Meta settings: You can also remove our app's access directly through your Meta Business Suite or Facebook Settings under "Apps and Websites."
What happens next
- Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data and Meta-linked IDs from our active databases within 30 days.
- We will provide you with a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Note
Some data may be retained if required by law (for example, billing records).
